Masterarbeit - Prof. Weinzinger
In der Gruppe von Prof. Weinzinger werden folgende Master - Themen im Bereich Molekular Modeling und Simulationen angeboten:
- Strukturelle Veränderungen von Ionenkanälen ausgelöst durch Mutationen, welche seltene Erkrankungen auslösen (z.B. Cantú Syndrom)
- Modulierung von hERG K+ Kanälen durch Aktivatoren
Interesse an computergestützter Forschung, sowie Interesse an Programmieren und / oder Linux wird vorausgesetzt.

- Structural basis of rare ion channel diseases (e.g. Cantú Syndrome)
- Modulation of hERG K+ channels by small molecule activators
Candidates interested to join our group should have a strong interest in computational work, including an interest in programming and or working in a linux environment.
