Master thesis - Prof. Weinzinger

Prof. Weinzinger’s group offers the following master’s thesis topics in the field of molecular modeling and simulations:

  • Structural changes in ion channels caused by mutations that lead to rare diseases (e.g., Cantú syndrome)
  • Modulation of hERG K+ channels by activators

An interest in computer-aided research, as well as an interest in programming and/or Linux, is required.
